Meet: The #77
------
When the new Sharp Eye boards arrived in our store last week, everyone of the team got excited! Our favorite board of the Sharp Eye Surfboards range will be featured in this week's board of the week. We're talking about the #77!
Brand: Sharp Eye Surfboards
Shaper: Marcio Zouvi
Model: The #77
About:
Sharp Eye Surfboards are focused on performance in a wide variety of wave conditions. There has been put a lot of research in the boards. To make the boards as good as possible, there has been collected feedback from a range of team riders and athletes all around the world from different kind of spots with different conditions.
One of the athletes we're talking about is Filipe Toledo. Filipe Toledo and Marcio Zouvi have been working on several surfboards together. You might already know the Holy Toledo model. Compared to that one, the #77 has a lot more entry and exit rocker. The board also has a harder edge above the fins and a more subtle concave through the tail. The board surfs at its best in good punchy waves.
"The fastest board I've ever ridden” - Filipe Toledo
